I woke up this morning sore, tired, and with a headache. The soreness is in my neck and shoulders mostly and could be related to the way I slept and/or the headache.
I've decided to give up the coffee from this point forward. I am now only drinking green tea, seltzer, and plain old water. I may give up the tea and seltzer somewhere down the line but I think they're reasonable inclusions to a water fast.
My monthly annoyance showed up this morning. That could be part of the reason I'm feeling so awful. My legs also have that weird sort of achy, sort of restless feeling today too. I'm used to this feeling when fasting. I think it's from exercising the muscles but not eating anything to help them replenish themselves.
