Re: Keeping it Moist

"the theory that after each peeling cycle a new layer of skin is rebuilt is nonsense in my opinion"

I disagree. Ive been doing this for a while now and have tried everything but literally the only thing that makes me notice clear improvement is leaving the crusts, white skin, fresh skin etc on the lips as long as possible and letting them peel off in their own time. When the crusts peel underneath where the crust has been the lips appear less raw every single time. I am not at the point where I just get one or two crusts in certain areas which from the beginning were more red and raw than the rest.

I started off this process hardly being able to talk because of the rawness and dryness and each time the peeling cycle has gone round the lips are less raw and I can clearly see the lips have gained another good layer.
