I too had low body temp. about the same as you.
After taking organic cold pressed coconut oil for about a month - a spoonful or so a day, I noticed my temp. was 'normal.' It increases metabolism, etc.
Coconut oil is great for cooking (better than almost anyhting, as long as it's the pure stuff) and equally good on toast with a pinch of sea salt.
Mostly, I now use coconut oil and olive oil only, though I plan to start adding hemp oil too.
