That's a lot of supplements (5 vitamin C pills? a day? wow). It is said that supplements really aren't that good for your body in general, especially if you overdose them. They can overburden your liver, instead of doing it good. I am really sceptical about them as well, and also about how much they add to the healing process. I will try to up my healthy food intake even more (Vitamin C? Eat some more bell peppers,. Resveratrol? Get some more organic red grapes :-D). I don't think supplements are that important. A very healthy Diet should give the body everything and more than it needs. So I'll keep them at a minimum.
