When I visited London one winter, the cold air also made me have less of a smile. I think people take it the wrong way like you are giving them a dirty look when you feel like you have no expression on your face. I remember this guy saying "What's her problem!" to his friend and giving me the nastiest look. I wondered if he had EC himself.
