Tomorrow I'm doing my first nystatin enema (it was very hard to find nystatin in powder form, but I have managed to purchase it finally... only tablets available everywhere)... But if I do not get very good results in one month I want a backup (and you will no longer be on the forum to give a good advice :) ).
So if I have some candida that is resistant to nystatin (or.... saw on the leaflet that it's not effective against other types of candida like galbrata etc... only albicans), what do I use for enema? What do you recommend?
PS. Tried sodium bicarbonate enema, and didn't get any results (is the only enema I have ever tried besides coffee enema)
I forgot to ask something... I saw that you have used only 200 ml of water (7 ounce?) for the nystatin enema.... how did you reach the ascending colon with so little water?
