Try FasterEFT for S.D., better than EFT in my opinion
I've had a lot of success using the newer FasterEFT
technique, instead of classic EFT. Really seems to reduce the number of times bad thoughts run through my mind per day. Sleep has improved too.
I never got EFT to work for me as far as I could tell. Maybe I was always doing it wrong, but since so many people did it so many ways, I never really knew how to do it right. FasterEFT is more structured in how to do it, albeit easier and, as the name implies, faster.
Seems like EFT had you tap on your problem or condition/illness, where as FasterEFT has you tap on the feeling that's attached to whatever is bothering you and that's why I think it has worked well so far for me.
For those still stuck in sympathetic dominance, my advice is for you to think of the emotional trauma(s) that happened right before you think you started getting stuck in S.D. and when you think of the memories of what happened, feel the negative emotions or "feeling" that those memories bring up and that's what you do the tapping on, the feeling. You don't have to know what emotions those negative feelings are. You just have to focus on the feelings that feel stressful. It's that simple.
