SillyLily- I am so happy you are here. I think it is fine to find alternatives that are less expensive. We also use an additional digestive called Super Enzymes by NOW. It is much cheaper then the GB3. As long as it has the pancreatin and ox-bile you should fine.

I don't know what to say about the thyro complex. I just don't have any experience with this. Maybe just get him to explain it very clearly to you.

Like I said the only thing that seems to be missing is the zinc/limcomin.

Oops my mistake on the chromium. The megapan has 200mcg per cap. So this will cover it.
