I have not been here on this forum for a long time, however, I wanted to start a three day fast, which may extend depending on how I feel. I had a very hard day at work, emotionally, due to work politics. I was planning to start my fast tomorrow. Should I do go ahead with it or calm down first? Calming down may take some time with the nature of things.
Although in the past when I fasted when I was upset it made feel better, but want an expert opinion.
