Instead of enemas, I strongly recommend salt water flushes. Enemas only get into the lower intestine, but the salt water flush work from the top down. Yes, they taste nasty, but I add a tablespoon of lemon juice to mine, and they work just as well. I do two cups at a time, instead of having to stare down that full quart of salt water.
What I like to do is take Wormwood 3 hours before I go to bed, then right at bedtime, take psyllium (I can't tolerate bentonite, but if you can do a P&B shake), then in the morning, do two salt water flushes in a row.
This is the recipe: 2 cups water, 1 tsp salt (add a tablespoon of lemon juice if you want). Do this twice, wait until after it work and do it again.
