I definitely have the muscle spasms / tightness everywhere - right now :(
How do you re-wire your brain to stay out of the "fight or flight" mode?? I am stuck in this high-cortisol mode on a daily basis over minor things .. and I cannot recover or heal or live a normal life until I learn how to control it.
Once you notice your thoughts are racing, what do you do?
How can I ever get out of this?
I know stuff like "meditation" - "breathing" or "EFt" can help..and it does... but can I ever re-train my brain to function like a normal person's and "not sweat the small stuff"?
