I fasted 18 days so far, but not consecutive; I have a break on each Sunday. So tomorrow I will eat but then I will keep fasting for the the entire week.
I know an orange juice is recommended but I have cravings for watermelon. I'm sure that healthy habits will come but it will take a time and in the meantime I decided not to force myself too much. Just the fact that I'm not eating during the week is amazing--at least to me.
