Please, please find a way to use it~! It is expensive so buy a box of coconuts if/when possible. Coconut itself is an antiviral/antifungAL so fermenting it really ramps it up. You can also ferment the coconut, just put it in the blender, add the starter after dissolving it in a bit of water...ferment for 48 hours too.... Die off is amazing so start with a tablespoon... It is excellent for pushing out all parasites and bacteria....
