severe chest pain (HELP)

i have chest pain so bad and constant i cant do anything. I need help on trying to solve this. It actually gets a little better at night, and started after using minocycline heavily for 2 months prior. the doctor did a biopsy of my esophagus and also found candida. would a candida overgrowth effect the chest to the point u can hardly walk at times? im taking fluconozole 200 mg for 14 days and the burning im feeling is not helping. the pain can be described as like a dripping dropping burn in my chest area. any ideas of what is wrong? would prilosec 40 mg help? my dr put me on omeprozal 20 mg and that didnt work. also how long does it usually take for stuff like that to work?
