Joe, yes, I'm referring to the Cutler's counting rules.

Rule #4 was met. 11 or less indicate deranged mineral transport.
I had 11.

Have the counting rules changed?

I hope the results are correct and I surely don't think it's simple. It's been four years since I've had my Amalgams removed and I've done some chelation, watch what I eat most of the time and take a lot of supplements and lots of iodine. I surely hope something's working ;)

I don't have any big health issues that I'm aware of, but have had quite a few hormonal ones as I've been going through menopause this past year and have had thyroid and adrenal issues, hot flashes, weight gain.

The Iodine supplementation has helped with a lot of my minor issues: dry skin,nail infection, rls, toe/leg cramps and I'm hoping a lot of the other issues, as well.
I know I feel my immune system is much stronger.
