Re: Daily Struggle
Since I've been on the plan, I haven't been eating regularly. I haven't really prepared for the diet, and so its been kind of Hit and miss as to whether I will actually have something available to eat. But I thought this was okay because it was kind of like fasting, which meant that at the very least I wasn't giving my body something with which to react. I am eating very little, maybe a minimum of twice a day. I have been trying to increase my water, buti am not usually a heavy water drinker. I tend to get most of my fluids at night.
I don't have blood sugar issues currently, although my mom is diabetic. I get dramatically better after sweating, or it could be the long period of not eating. I'm not sure if I am reacting to food or to the Effects of the Candida Force. Incidentally, has anyone ever complained about the smell of the product coming out of the skin? I smell it all day long, it smells like musky body odor, and I have an impaired since of smell.
I know that I have quite a lot of candida and fungus. I've given myself coffee enemas before and have had many rope like strands come out. Initially, I thought they were ascaris, but the I saw images of candida ropes online and it look like what I had been eliminating. In addition, I could feel almost like a tickling movement out of nostrils, only to blow and get little thick strands of mucous that had suddenly appeared. Since starting the Candida Force, I have noticed my sinus issues clearing rapidly and it is rare or me to have to clear my nasal passages in the morning.
I also no longer have the night sweats but my lips and undermy eyes have become excessively dry. I have not been sleeping well either. I have lost my cravings for breads and sweets and have been able to stay away from them.
Although I have seasonal pollen issues, most of my allergy seems to occur in the digestive tract. I went for skin prick testing and no food allergies
appeared. But when I had testing done by blood, I showed allergy to most everything. Furthermore, my ige level was over 900 while the normal range was under 100. I was told that this means that I have chronic inflammation.
I have been a lifelong sufferer of eczema and allergies and contrary to my pediatricians predictions, they have only worsened and I didn't outgrow them.
