I'm currently on 6 days fast - 1 day break plan. Tomorrow will be my 30th day of fast out of 35 days. And the truth is, I would never be able nor willing to fast for consecutive 30 days.
So it worked for me. Although, I think 2-3 days breaks may not be ideal choice since, they will stop ketosis while not giving you enough time to recuperate. For that reason, I would go either with shorter or longer breaks.
