You probably read my Sodium/Potassium ratio posts.
Please, starts from 1:1 for non active, max. for non active probably is 3:2 for sodium no more. Use ratio 1:1 and around 3000-4000 mg potassium, 3500-4500mg sodium daily. I am still testing doses, but rage is 5:4 for potassium up to 3:2 for sodium on Low Carb diet for non active for SURE.
If anyone won't belive me, read / search for "Sodium / Potassium ratio on Very Low Carb" , few guys tell 1:1 on VLC, but on moderate carb diets sodium around 1500mg.

I was 2:1 for potassium (5000mg potassium/2500mg sodium) on LC - depression, no hunger filling, candida , waight loss, more.
