Today is my 30th day of fasting. I think Iíve reached my limits. I canít go for another week. Iím mentally and physically exhausted. Iím so looking forward to eating tomorrow. I miss chewing and my teeth feel lose. And most of the time Iím in bed watching you tube videos, not exactly a life.
But I donít want to give up yet. I decided to change my plan from 6/1 to 3/1; that is, 3 days of fasting followed by one day of eating. I hope I will be able to limit my eating to fruits and veggies, green juices and morning protein shake. Planning to start to take vitamins as well. If I reach Labor Day that would be fantastic. Will keep you posted.
