So sorry to hear about all of your struggles. I went back and tried to read some of your previous posts to get an overview of what is going on with you. First, just want to let you know that what is happening you is not your fault. You have not been well even as a young child, having panic attacks and other serious health problems at a young age means you are paying for past mistakes of the improper living of your ancestors. Not their fault either, they were just a product of a toxic environment. Yes, of course all the rounds of Antibiotics caused more and more problems. Throughout what I was reading seemed to be many hints that parasites are a big problem for you, seems like you already figured this out.

Overall, sounds like whatever you have been doing for the past year or so has made things worse. Personally, if I were you I would stop all supplements at least temporarily. Stop all special diets that you are on and revert back to the diet that made you feel the most healthy in the past. In my opinion candida is not your main problem, it is just an effect of many other problems going on in your body. I really believe that you should not worry so much about eliminating candida right now and try to get your body as strong as possible. From your previous posts, it seems that at one time you were actually feeling really healthy, you described that your skin was glowing and feeling good, what diet were you following at this time? This was a good diet for you. I feel like right now you have very little life and vitality in your body and the FIRST thing you need to do is try to restore that. I am a big fan of letting FOOD be your medicine. It seems that the vitamin and supplement industry is not to far away from the pharmeceutical industry these days. We really have no idea what effect these are having on the body. Especially for you, as you are on anti-anxiety medication, this places great strain on the organs of elimination, especially the liver and kidneys. Additional supplements can place even more of a burden on these organs. People have been using natural herbs and spices as medicines for thousands of years. Use spices like fennel, cumin, black seed, tumeric, and whatever herbs you like. Cilantro and parsley are great kidney tonics, you can't go wrong with these and unlike supplements, they are completely natural and will support the organs instead of making them do more work. These spices and herbs will increase your appetite, something you need right now more than anything else. More than anything else, you need to increase your vitality and bring a little hope and joy into your life. Sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds are said to help restore vitality. If you are interested in using more spices and herbs in your cooking respond to this post and I will tell you the best way to do this.

In many of your posts you have expressed that you thought that what you were doing has made things worse, that you have become more and more weak, that you can tolerate less and less foods. I really feel like you should add back in more healthy foods (no junk obviously) that made you feel good. Even if now you feel like they cause you problems, just add them back in and after a while your body will do fine on them. I know that you have serious health concerns and I also know I am not really addressing those concerns. Sorry I can't be of more help but I really want to at least stop you from doing more harm. Right now the most important thing is to get back to having energy and being able to walk down the street without passing out. Then you can go back to trying to eliminate parasites, candida, etc. I hope you can find some light at the end of your tunnel soon.
