Your Selenium and Iron intake is far too high. Especially iron.
Most people who have anemia have problems with copper (biounavaible copper) because bioavaible copper is needed to built the blood. Doctors often prescribe then iron but the problem are the blown up adrenals and copper toxicity. High iron is very dangerous when it is not binded to transport protein, it is a constant source of free radical damage and the body has no other option then to store this toxic stuff inside tissues and organs (yes even in brain and thyroid) where it will create 24/7 damage and this is at least one cause for autoimmune illnesses. The same goes for copper.
At least I would be very critical when someone suggest to you to take iron. There is plenty of iron in food and true iron deficiency is very rare, even in woman.
