Onwards-- are you following the GAPS diet? I did it for about 6 months and need to do it again. I didn't do the intro last time because I was nursing. I think it can really help to heal the gut and know that I need to do it.
I take SO many probiotics.... I'm not sure if they're helping or not. I take about 3-5 x 20 billion per day! I've used Biokult in the past but now I bought Solaray multidopholis. I am having some symptoms (anxiety, insomnia, feeling like crap all of the time) and wasn't sure if it was copper dumping (I'm on NB)...maybe it's also die-off?
I'm encouraged to hear that you're so much better after 8 months on NB.

(ps-- making kraut is relatively easy and so tasty. I also buy bubbies pickles which have good organisms in them. I'm just too tired to make fermented foods these days!)
