Re: Water fasting, what was your experience?

It was important for me, the thread made sense as one guy with adrenal fatigue claimed he cured with Water Fasting and I needed to discuss this. Now those posts remains as something that can help someone that its starved and weak to decide if do Water Fasting or not.

Im not bashing Water Fasting at all, looks really good to treat certain things, I have made some readings and it deserves having a curezone forum its just that I cant do it for now.

Talking about doing useless things and having discussions on forums with people that for some reason decide that what you have written its worth of being criticized instead of merely ignored. I experience something that its related with adrenal fatigue or an overactive sympathetic system for sure.

I used to have an strong impulse (its not completely gone)to troll or have discussions with people on boards and usually did (omo talked about this tendency). Funny thing its everytime someone critized me or answered back to my messages with insults or sarcasms, I got bad fast heartbeat, sometimes red face and just had such a bad time. As a result, I have 38 comments unread in my youtube account, which are most insults. This seems an important mark of at least my psychological problems related with adrenal fatigue, seeking conflict being a sensitive person and like abusing adrenaline release with this. Its like adrenal fatigue its the physical result of an inner psychological/spiritual conflict.
