please look into "faster eft" on youtube.
(not about fasting, per se- unless it's fasting, naturally, effortlessly from stress!)
also, check into building up mineral stores, via whole foods, and kelp powder. I never dreamt I could Water Fast for 29 days, but I did...and used to feel like I was adrenally exhausted, low-thyroid, low-blood sugar, hyper-sensitive, etc.etc/

preparation for Water Fasting is critical-- the biggest contraindication is fear. How to counteract that? Reading good literature. Read the R and RR and RRR on the Water Fasting forum.
