Re: Need help with copper detox...
Here is what I take for copper detoxification...
Vitamin A (up to 6000IU per day)
Vitamin E (200-300IU per day)
Thiamin (120mg per day)
Riboflavin (24mg per day)
Niacin (120mg per day)
Vitamin B6 (60-260mg per day)
Folic Acid (2400mcg per day)
Biotin (100-400mcg per day)
Pantothenic Acid (200mg per day)
Magnesium (530mg per day)
Chromium (1200mcg per day)
Potassium (230mg per day)
PABA (120mg per day)
Inositol (120mg per day)
Calcium (750mg per day)
Boron (1400mcg per day)
Zinc (50-70mg per day)
So that is pretty much the equivalent of 6 Megapan, 3 Paramin and 3 Endopan per day. However, I would NEVER recommend starting at those levels. You have to start much lower/smaller than that!
In addition... I also take:
Vitamin C (1000mg per day)
Vitamin D (1000IU per day)
Iodine (50mg per day)
Co-Q-10 (100mg per day)
Vitamin K (2100mcg per day)
NAC (200mg or more per day)
Also... Cod Liver Oil, Flax seed meal, Thyroid replacement, Glutamine, Progesterone cream, and of course digestive enzymes.
I just started coffee enemas, so I can't really report on that yet.
For a while I was taking manganese and molybdenum, however I am not taking either of those right now. But they are often helpful for copper detox.
I began having allergic reactions within five days of starting to detox (my lips would swell every time I ate), I developed a rash on my chin, dizziness/fatigue to the point I could not stand. I had terrible hypoglycemia and overwhelming anxiety/paranoia. As soon as I started the detox, it would not stop! I really had no control over it. Detox symptoms continued for many months.
After the first week I took a break (because all of that was ridiculous and scary) but a few weeks later I started back again. I've been doing Nutritional Balancing for about 6 months now and I am JUST starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. From what I've read 7-8 months should hold even more noticeable improvements.
Prior to NB/copper detox... I had been diagnosed with
Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome for 2.5 years. I had muscle pain, joint pain, stomach issues, brain fog, etc. Now I still have many of the same issues just on a much less severe level.
