I have multiple health issues so it has been difficult to isolate symptoms, but I have definitely made some progress on the copper front by taking zinc 100+mg a day, vit.C 2 grams a day, molybendum 100mg a day, calc/mag, taurine, and GB3.
9 months in copper is no longer my main concern and I think it is largely a non-issue for me, however there are other issues I am still resolving. Getting the copper levels down has been a positive move for me healthwise, my mind has slowed down a lot and my thinking is much clearer.
Detox could be exhausting at times, and could make me feel like I was manically insane at other times, and really emotional. That was just my experience, but copper is tough on your body as it leaves so expect at times for things to feel worse when actually they are getting better.
