Even while I dont agree with you what should I do? Just curious.

Currently my daily diet its like 500 mgs of meat (lamb, turkey or chicken) per day, 500 mgs of carbs in the form of whole grains (quinoa, millet or long brown rice), and cooked vegetables (carrots, onions, chard etc) with most of the meals, 2 eggs one day, one can of sardines the other, alterning. I cook or garnish most of my food with olive oil or butter, salt, curry, cayenne or ginger. Should I cut all fats? Wouldnt that aggravate the weight loss? It would only help IF my weight loss its liver related right? If its because of something else I would get even skinnier...
