I hope you are done making fun of me soon and look into fatty liver disease..the damage you have done and what it´s going to take to reverse it. It's not pretty to be in a situation of losing weight due to a failing liver and to now have to strictly eliminate fat and Sugar (while hungry) and to increase excercize to reverse it.....
And to ridicule my plan for being one size fits all...It eliminates fat, sugar, and switches to alkaline because you are not digesting grains properly. They will just rot and cut up the colon.
