Thinking back to when my candida and digestive issues went nuts...I somehow knew that my legs getting skinnier was related. I would to squats all the time and they shrunk and shrunk. Has anyone noticed anything similar?
I ask because in reading about fatty liver, they mention a situation where your body begins to store fat instead of burning it..and muscle is burned instead..What a disgusting symptom..devastating for ones's appearance.
Now that I'm gaining the strength back, I'm kicking myself for not being more vocal about the muscle wasting problem. So does anyone have chronically low weight despite having the diet of a bodybuilder or obese person? This was me for several years. I was always at that plateu. Most of the coconut oil army is absolutely rail thin with deteriorating muscle.
Im thankful that my hypothyroid, depression, fatigue, candida, chronic D, infections, low weight, parasites were all caused by one thing and are gone. Well 2 things. Fat and sugar.
