Re: Muscle wasting anyone?

I have always been a skinny guy, but used to practise yoga regularly, was a keen cyclist, and enjoyed cycling. I followed a raw-food pesco-vegetarian diet, and had a very nice, toned body. I wasn't a muscle man, but the muscles I had were defined.

Three years or so later, I'm still a skinny guy, however I've lost a lot of the muscle definition in my torso and my arms and legs are are much thinner. Strangely, however, my bottom feels fatter and more 'squashy'.

I'm not sure if this is necessarily due to fatty liver, or simply because I do not have the energy to exercise a great deal.

It's frustrating though. I absolutely love cycling, but even the 10 minute journey to office is getting to be a real struggle, whereas previously I would go riding in the mountains for hours a day.

Not really sure how to address this, but am hopeful that when I eventually find the answer, my energy will return and I'll quickly regain the weight and muscles I've lost.

Any tips? ;)
