This is the second time I have seen this information posted from this user. I think it's sensible and correct. I also agree with Anthony to a degree. I am allergic to gluten so I can't have any grains. Corn and oats are as bad a wheat for me.
Low fiber grains tho? wouldn't one need to eat fiber to move the dead candida organisms out of the body?
What is the opinion on the consumption of flax seed?
