maybe you can borrow it, to read, before deciding whether you want to buy it.
Mh was trained in the methods of Dr. Christopher, and uses his formulas, adding some tweaks of his own here and there. He's also always recommended the "old books".
This is the basis of his "schooling". Again, with his own added experience.



For an intro into these old books, which really get to the core of health and healing, look into "Health Via Food", by William Howard Hay.

It frequently goes on sale on ebay, for example. You could also look up Health Research Books on the 'net. They publish rare and out of print books, including many in the health area.


There are many many books that could captivate you, and speed you on your way.
As MH says, they are all helpful, and lots of them are listed here, in past threads in this forum.

It's more a case of too much, than too little.
