My stools are a consistent tan color, which is probably due to the lack of bile production in the liver. I'm now concentrating on detoxing my liver. But I'm not sure how this would explain the massive amounts of food bits that I see in my stool on a daily basis; it's is most reasonably explained by lgs.
I've been on a no carb/no sugar/no fruit anti-candida/ parasite diet for the past six months and I feel well enough now to incorporate moderate amounts of healthy carbs like sprouted bread and brown rice, since I really need to stave off the massive weight loss. Eating small servings of the abovementioned carbs does not really affect me.
I agree that red meat is definitely not healthy considering my condition. I listed it but its not really part of my diet, maybe once a week? and only on special occasions like eating with family and friends.
As to bananas, I found out my potassium level is low, which is I've incorporated it into my diet. I usually eat about half a banana a day.
Thanks for your other advices. I'll keep them in mind.
