I wouldnt forget about fatty liver brainfog and leaky gut brainfog at the same time. Look up leaky gut confusion and anxiety and there is a lot of info. I don't think this has to be long term brain damage that is extremely serious...it could be a daily leaky gut problem also. Im saying to cover all of your bases. For example..oats are good for fatty liver some places will say...but they are monsterous for leaky gut.
