I found the Traveler's & Tropical Infectious Disease Clinics listed on the CDC site. I contacted them and I'm supposed to know if I'm "approved" in 3-5 days. They've been the nicest. So nice to hear someone knows what it is. I was crying so hard. So I hope it isn't too good to be true...
