Re: The die off depression is just horrible...

Thats interesting because thats exactly how I felt one day that I took 4 raw garlic cloves followed by 6 cloves cooked with lots of broccoli, boiled, and 2 coffee enemas. Some hours later, I was dipping in the Abyss, trembling, and sure of the impending doom. I had to sit down while we were having a walk, then couldnt properly end a phrase. My nervous system was frantic. Then I had a panic attack, followed by intense hypochondriasis and head pressure, face blushing, followed by intense stomach pain and finally lots of gas coming out. Nothing special came out with a water enema. Whatever I bothered, if I bothered something, obviously didnt died.

I think it was die off. And shit, the verb "die off" its pretty appropiate then. The question its what I killed, if I killed something. Parasites? Candida? If not, it had to be the free thiols in the garlic stirring up mercury. In both cases, the experience confirmed im pretty toxic.

To be honest im scared to try the same procedure again. I have done coffee enemas everyday since then and nothing similar happened, and if I get some jittery from the enenmas its instant and doesnt appears 2 hours after the enema. Just really weird and scary.
