I've posted on here before and have been successful with shorter fasts but have more trouble completing a longer fast as is my goal. The reasons why I haven't been able to complete a fast longer than 10 days have all been mental. I've either been in a social eating situation or told myself that 10 days was "good enough."
I am extremely stubborn and have a great deal of willpower. I am hoping that if I make myself post daily and make myself accountable that I will be able to reach my goal.
I'm fasting for health, weight loss, and spiritual reasons.
