Cool. Yea i can't tolerate water that's too hot. In the shower sometimes i have to sit down for a couple of minutes lately. It hasn't been that way for the past year and half but the past 3 weeks i've gotten worse.

I did dry skin brushing before. I just have to make sure that i'm going to the restroom though, i gotta do those enemas, at least the water enemas.
