I broke my fast with fresh coconut water and had a bm right away after not having one the whole time. Then I ate some pears just about 30 minutes later. Felt good.

I know I am in the minority, but Watermelon makes me super constipation, which is super sad for me! If it doesn't though, sounds like a great way to break it.
