Yes, I have heard of this and I researched it....also, (not sure if anyone responded to your ozone post, but I am familiar with that as well)....ACT did not resonate with me, but of course, I found it interesting.....same with the ozone stuff, which is on my list of things to try. I believe there is an appropriate time for everything :).......
