you are going about this the wrong way. dont fall into these health food product traps by buying stuff like veggie burgers and brown rice buns. they are expensive and not healthy. eat whole foods, vegetables. go to a public or farmers market and buy sweet potatoes, squash, beets, pumpkin, cabbage, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, radish, carrots, cucumber, peas, okra, daikon, bok choy, rutabaga, turnips, spinach, parsnips etc. if you want to eat grains buy actual grains. thats what i do, i buy them from bulk bins. just stay away from gluten and dont eat a ton of grains. moderation is key with everything.
want to make ginger tea? buy some fresh ginger root and brew it yourself! much cheaper and better. you can also buy lemons and squeeze them in hot water to aid digestion.
