Thanks Grizz! I debated this approach when I was reading through all this info before starting, but decided to pursue more aggressively. I didn't have any detox symptoms today, and decided to stay at 30mg for a week and then I will bump it up to 35mg. I do like the idea of holding a dose for a week :)
Funny thing... I have had ZERO desire for my morning cup of coffee. I haven't had it in two days, in fact. I realize this could account for the lethargy and headache as well. Hey, I will take this as a benefit. I would love not to be a slave to the caffeine!!
