My supplement clearance is terrible. Trying one 500mg B5 capsule gave me complete insomnia.
So what if you tried to get your body to tolerate it by taking smaller doses of things. Cut the pill in half or even less and see what happens.
Liver clearance means detoxing crap out opf it. I know somw use Dr. Lams Liponano C for that. Correct me if i'm wrong someone. There are lots of other things I'm sure but I'm am nowhere near the expert here so I don't want to give wrong advice until I really know what i am doing.
