I definitely eat way to many potatoes lol. I eat a salad everyday with a ton of new potatoes , a snack of sweet potatoes and then later in the day roast potatoes. I have those three meals every day, I'm not sure if they have something to do with my joint pain , it wouldn't surprise me. I'm tempted to try rice but with my digestion and how I used to be with it it probably wouldn't be a good idea.
Just as mentioned above there has to be a balance with everything , too much of anything isn't rarely ever good for you.
