Apology accepted. In the end this whole discussion will help us out. I come of harsh sometimes too. I understand the mental toll the gut takes and it can make us very angry and frustrated.
Yep, I like salads with a couple tea of olive oil and red wine vinegar, cucumber, onion for example...steamed broccoli with less than tbl of olive oil. These salads and veggies I don´t limit. When I cook for example a turkey breast I´ll steam it first with onions before adding a teaspoon of oil to the non stick pan. Non stick is probably unhealthy yeah. And for steaks.. I don´t eat the large beef portions. If I eat beef it is cubed up with veggies and is a portion that normal kids eat. I compensate by eating large amounts of boiled potatoes and salad with it.
My personal diet is low fat. Extremely low fructose. Grapefruit over bananas etc. Avoidance of allergens from an IGG test. Eggs, Dairy, Soy, Flour, Yeast. I tried each on their own and in my case it seems accurate.
Maybe potatoes are an issue for you though. There´s the other starches then. I know they arent for me because of the immediate relief and muscle gain from a potato based diet.
