The very worst for me was high fat vegan. Mixing carbs and fats is the real nightmare here. I'm not saying low carb is especially good or anything but its definitely better than loading up on potatoes fried in vegetable oil. Thats the diet that really crashed my digestion.
I appreciate you spreading the word of your success though. I will be trying 80/10/10 again soon. Meat really does make your body feel heavier and more sluggish.
