People are only addicted to Sugar because for one, glucose is our main fuel source and yeah, the body craves it, and a lot of people are simply not getting enough Sugar into their cells, being blocked by eating too much fat, thus causing the body to crave Sugar even more. That's why hyperglycemia and diabetes is becoming epidemic.
Normal people are eating that many pieces of fruit per day. The average person is not.
Healthy = normal. Unhealthy = abnormal, or the current average person in the U.S.
You can always spot an unhealthy person, they are eating too much fat and not enough fruit.
