Sara is now on a rampage (CALLING PEOPLE IDIOTS) claiming that all of the dementia, cancer, etc protocols are hers. This is just pure BS and I have to lay it all out here...

You cannot be well if you attempt to do half the program or buy cheap supplements. In order to be well follow my links and please follow my instructions explicitly. Dementia needs to be caught as early as possible and the guidelines here are meant to give you back your life.

Before you can understand about black cumin oil (Nigella sativa) you must buy my book. You need to understand fully about why black cumin works and why you should buy the oil in the first place. Buy the Oil from Mountain Rose Herbs

You Must and I mean Must buy the black cumin oil from Mountain Rose Herbs. The price of a 16 ounce bottle is $73 and for an 8 ounce bottle it cost $42. Don't try buying a smaller bottle, because you need 2 teaspoons per day. So that means there are 96 teaspoons in one 16 ounce bottle and 48 teaspoons in an 8 ounce bottle of oil. You need to take 1 teaspoon of the oil 1/2 hour before breakfast mixed in a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. You have the option to use raw honey if you prefer, but the juice will give you energy. If you use the honey, mix 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of raw honey with 1 teaspoon of the oil.

If you want you can buy the black cumin oil from Mountain Rose Herbs and then buy the best quality seeds from Indus. Indus Nigella Seeds are available on Amazon. If you take the seeds, you will need two teaspoons of the seed mixed with two teaspoons of raw honey. The seeds need to be taken in the evening on an empty stomach and must be heated.

Do not consider buying a cheaper oil as the results will not be the same. Mountain Rose Herbs has a superb 10 star oil and it will improve your health and your immune system, thus clearing the cob webs out of your head quicker than any oil on Amazon or elsewhere.

You will need to make an ointment for parasites using black cumin oil or seeds too. So buy plenty. Please remember that black cumin must be taken daily and not just during the time we are correcting your dementia problem. Consider it a preventive program for cancer, Alzheimer's Disease and more.

Diet Affects Dementia

NOW HERE WE GET INTO HER LIES. SARA IS CLAIMING THAT A RAW VEGETARIAN DIET, ON MAYBE 1 MILLION WEBSITES IS HER INVENTION? GIVE ME A BREAK.

A lower risk of dementia has been associated with a diet that includes vegetables, fruits,nuts, beans, seeds and healthy fats. Also don't forget to supplement with omega-3-fatty acids. I personally avoid all fish. I do recommend taking an omega-3 supplement, the best you can find. A raw diet is essential. In the morning drink one green smoothie and a carrot juice in the evening. The carrot juice must be at least one pint and you must juice carrots, celery, garlic, broccoli and some greens.

For lunch you can have a bit of cooked beans on a large salad, some steamed vegetables including a baked potato or a vegetable soup. The broth must be homemade. Do not use any packaged or processed foods. If you want a mayonnaise based dressing, then you must make the mayonnaise homemade. The best dressing is to spritz some extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice or lemon and orange juice combined.

One of my favorite meals is a huge salad layered with some black beans on top and then some lemon juice and a bit of olive oil. You can place some tuna salad on top of the salad, if the salad is made with yogurt and not store bought mayonnaise. Limit your tuna to once or twice a month due to the mercury content.

Soups are a good choice also and you can mix and match vegetables as you like. Adding beans to the soup is a good ideal. The best beans are white or red beans.


HERE WE GO AGAIN. SARA IS CLAIMING THAT SHE DISCOVERED THESE SUPPLEMENTS. THE SAME ONES USED BY HUNDREDS OF DOCTORS TO TREAT COGNITIVE PROBLEMS? SHEESH!
Supplements for Dementia

1. Lecithin - Lecithin feeds the brain and cleans the arteries and veins.
2. DMAE and Acetyl-L-carnitine - DMAE and Acetyl-L-carnitine will increase the level of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine.
3. CQ10, bill berry, ginkgo biloba, grape seed - Coenzyme CQ10, bill berry, ginkgo biloba and grape seed will all improve circulation. Note: I personally have not had much success with ginkgo biloba, but some may find it helpful. I would suggest ginkgo as a last choice for supplements.

Note: Studies have shown that turmeric, milk thistle, olive leaf, holy basil and olive oil are beneficial for dementia patients also.

GEE, CHINESE AND INDIANS HAVE USED THESE FOR WHAT 5000 YEARS, BUT SARA GETS THE CREDIT?

What I recommend also is to use fresh cold pressed olive oil if you cannot find a good quality lecithin. Lecithin is the 2nd most important supplement that you will need after black seed. Before sleeping mix in 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil with the juice of one lemon.

THIS ONE IS GOOD...

SARA DISCOVERED ALUMINUM TOXICITY. OH WAIT, HUNDREDS OF HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS HAVE BEEN WARNING ABOUT ALUMINUM FOR LIKE 50 YEARS.

Additional Instructions:

Throw out all aluminum cookware and even the tea ball. Give up using foils and even supplements covered with foil tops. Look for baking powders without aluminum, switch to plastic or glass salt shakers and buy salt without aluminum. Also, tape over all handles in the bathroom and other places with masking tape.

De-worming is one of the crucial items to be worked on and ridding the body of flukes is imperative. Here are some natural ones:


ANOTHER GREAT ONE! SARA HAS DISCOVERED THAT juicing IS GOOD FOR HEALTH. NO ONE EVER KNEW THIS BEFORE SARA CAME ALONG.

- juicing an entire pumpkin is easy to do. Take a regular pumpkin and juice the entire pumpkin, skin, seeds and all. Drink the juice within 6 hours in 3 divided doses.

- Eat plenty of fresh unsalted pumpkin seeds. Start with a handful and workup.

GEE, NO ONE ON CUREZONE HAS EVER TALKED ABOUT PINEAPPLE BEFORE!

- A way to get rid of dead flukes stuck in your system is to juice an entire pineapple (including the core) and drink the juice all at once.

- Place one teaspoon of Nigella sativa seeds in a pan with 1/2 cup of vinegar. Heat to boiling and then cool to a warm temperature. With a pastry brush, paint on your stomach and liver area before sleeping. Do not wash off. Before sleeping eat 7 dates to rid your body of Ascaris worms.

- Eat six tablespoons of raw, extra virgin coconut oil, one whole clove of garlic and one large red onion daily to help parasite proof your body.

- Dried oregano and especially essential oil of oregano are extremely volatile and anti-parasitic. Use two to three drops of oregano oil in water with fresh squeezed lemon and drink this three times a day.

Budwig-Kousamine Protocol

Another very important part of my protocol is this easy recipe for energy and power. I recommend the regular Budwig to be taken in the evening and this one before lunch and after breakfast. The regular protocol is 1/3 cup of cottage cheese or drained yogurt with 1 1/2 tablespoons of freshly ground flax seeds and a dash of cayenne. You can add in a banana or piece of fruit if you like. You may need to add in some water to make it easy to mix the lot together.

Dr. Kousimine was most noted for her "Kousimine-Budwig Detox Breakfast" which greatly helps patients with all diseases.

The following recipe is adapted from Dr. Kousimine`s original recipe:

1/4 cup of yogurt
1.5 tablespoons of ground flax seeds
1 banana
1 additional fruit
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon of homemade granola

Grind the flax seeds right before preparing this recipe, as flax seeds should be used within ten minutes of grinding. Mix the yogurt and flax seeds together. Mash the banana in a bowl and then mix the banana into the yogurt mixture. Add in an additional fruit such as peaches, pears or strawberries. Add in the lemon juice and the granola and enjoy for breakfast or anytime of the day.

Note: The diet from Dr Catherine Kousmine has 5 principles. It starts with a healthy Diet and a healthy colon. She recommended intestinal cleanses, enemas and colon cleansing. Bath Detoxing must be used in conjunction with the protocol.

HMMM. THIS ONE SOUNDS FAMILIAR! OH YEAH, IT'S THE Liver Flush THAT HAS BEEN ON CUREZONE FOR 15 YEARS, IN Hulda Clark 'S BOOKS AND HANNAH KROEGER'S BOOKS. I'M SURE SARA INVENTED IT THOUGH.

Steps for Immediate Relief of Brain Fog

Some of these are mentioned above, but are good to reiterate.

1. Before sleeping take 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil mixed with the juice of one lemon.
2. Before breakfast take 1 teaspoon of nigella sativa oil mixed with 1 teaspoon of raw honey.
3. One half hour later take 1 tablespoon of Father Romano Zago's recipe: 1/2 liter of honey, 1 ounce of distillates (raw apple vinegar can be substituted) and 350 grams of whole aloe vera leaves juiced. Mix well.
4. For breakfast have the Kousimine-Budwig Power Breakfast (recipe part one).
5. Brain elixir to be used as mid afternoon snack. Place 1 cup of yogurt, 2 figs, 1 rosemary twig and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a jar. Refrigerate overnight and the next afternoon, place in blender and mix well.
6. Follow the diet of Dr. Catherine Kousimine in Part I with no more than one cooked meal a day.
7. Also get plenty of sunshine; eat no packaged or processed foods and avoid all pharmaceutical medicines.

There is some evidence to suggest that fossil fuel-powered appliances can worsen the symptoms of dementia.

According Dr. Theron Randolph, "If the patient's family is unwilling to exchange the entire fossil fuel heating system - I mean fuel pipes, heat ducts, everything, every single part must go - for an electric stove and baseboard heat, or a heat pump air exchanger, the patient will not recover."

Switching to electric heat, cooking with an electric stove and using an electric water heater can lead to improvement in dementia symptoms.
