exfoliative cheilitis!

Exfoliative cheilitis might be external manifestation of the fungal overgrowth in small intestine. We Know bacterial overgrowth of small intestine and there are good tests for diagnosis. But there are no diagnostic tests for candida. There might be need to prepare antifungals which can be given orally, should not be absorbed into the blood stream but stay in small intestine and kill all the fungus!
