I remember that you have a single iron pigment gallstone which forms in a different way but still has the potential to disrupt the flow of bile in and out of the gallbladder, and this gives rise to secondary, mixed and cholesterol gallstones.

As you can see the most common type that people pot pictures of is mixed. They contain cholesterol (20% - 80%), calcium, and phosphate. Even so we continue to call them cholesterol gallstones.
